How to Manage Orders

After a customer purchases products or services on your website using the Online Store module, an order is created. You can view and manage all of your orders in the Orders section of your website's Dashboard.

The Orders section displays all orders placed on the site, including their details:

• Order number
• Order date
• Buyer email
• Payment status
• Order price

When you click on an order in the Orders section, a page with its full description will open. On this page, you can change the payment status of the order and view the promotional code that was entered when the order was placed.

The second part of the full order description includes the buyer's information that they filled out during the order placement process, the total order price, and the products that were ordered by the buyer.
