Resolving Payment Issues

Issue: The site is up and running, but the renewal is coming soon.

We advise that you renew it now. You will not lose any of the days from the already paid period. The remaining plan days will be added to the renewed plan. Click on the Renew button on your site's Dashboard to pay for the renewal:

Note:

If auto-payment is enabled, the button will say Upgrade instead of Renew. Upon clicking on it, you will be taken to the Pricing & Plans page. Next to your current plan name, click on the Renew button.

Also, you can pay when your plan renewal isn't coming soon. In this case, the system will generate a new subscription and the old plan will be added to the new (paid) one.

Issue: Auto-renewal for the site didn't happen.

In this case, you just need to subscribe again manually by purchasing the plan. To do this, click on the Upgrade button on the site's Dashboard (or the Renew button if the site's plan expired and auto-payment is disabled).

Click Renew next to your plan:

Important

Please enter your card number manually in the payment field instead of using the auto-saved payment details from previous purchases.

Make the payment in the corresponding form. After that, all future auto-payments will happen without issues.

Issue: I am unable to make a purchase, a repeated error occurs

Please contact our Support Team if you come across a repeated payment error on the Dashboard, the Help section, or Online Chat. We will certainly assist you and keep your site up and running until the problem is resolved.
